Refunds and Returns

FIVE DIECAST undertakes to reimburse you or to exchange defective or non-compliant products.

You have a period of 30 days upon receipt of the package to send us an email stating in detail the problem (with a digital photo if possible).

Upon receipt of the product, if you notice that the packaging is damaged, we urge you to check the product immediately. Note the damage in writing on the delivery slip before receipt.

You will only be able to return the goods to us after our written agreement. The return costs will be refunded to you up to the shipping costs charged if you do not use the prepaid return slip provided by customer service. This return must be made within 7 days of delivery of the order.

We will refund all payments we have received from you, excluding shipping costs, no later than 14 days from receipt of your request. We will use the same payment method that you used for your initial order, unless you expressly agree to a different method. In any case, this reimbursement will not cause additional costs for you. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the product(s) or until you have provided proof of shipment of the product(s).
